INTERNSHIP syllabus
Allow us to introduce you to the translation internship programme, which is designed to provide you with authentic experience as a professional in this field.
Throughout this six-month internship, you'll have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the environment of a certified company and benefit from the added value of being able to participate in every phase of the translation process.
The AP | PORTUGAL Tech Training Center, which is certified by the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations (DGERT), will provide you with several fundamental technology tools for your training and professional career.
GOALS
Experiment with research tools and methodologies to develop critical thinking and reflective skills and apply theory to practice.
Further your multilingual communication skills, thereby deepening your knowledge of your working languages.
Acquire and share knowledge in the area of translation.
Develop the skill of translating into your mother tongue and foreign language in specific areas of knowledge (health sciences, law, economics and finance, and more).
Become an advanced user of modern technologies applied to translation.
Promote adaptability, critical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and cultural and linguistic integration.
Promote professional and social skills that ease your way into the working world.

Portuguese. Suitable for English-speaking interns.
